Josephine Boger. The Fluke

What is security? How much can we trust in those who promise it to us? After all, the security given to us might just be an illusion or, mostly well hidden, even the opposite.

The Fluke questions this assumption by using a common man-made object created to protect the self from the outside world—the tent. Instead of fulfilling their purpose of providing shelter and making one feel safe and comfortable they take up the room, threaten and smother. The sticks that were actually meant to give structure now pierce the tarpaulins, blocking the spaces in between, shifting from order to chaos.
