LOVE

This image entered my mind while struggling with the morality of the rat traps I was setting around my home and garden to deal with what felt like an overwhelming pest problem. I was able to resolve that issue with taking on a pair of kittens but the idea of LOVE spelled out in these rat traps would pop up from time to time on bike rides or during a morning of pulling weeds, each time tinkering with its meaning. Love is tragic in nature because we are mortal. The idea makes me want to laugh and cry at the same time.
